Buying property contract composes three stages generally, pre-contract, contract and post-contract. Conveyance is part of the contract stage to transfer the legal title of the property from the seller to the buyer in general.
Our conveyance service is to administer and manage the contract for client up to settlement including ensure the legal title is transferred or being transferred (if the client requires to borrow money to complete the contract) to the buyer.
