Corporate Insolvency

There are different types of corporate insolvency, such as

  • voluntary administration
  • liquidation or a winding up

A voluntary administration is usually appointed by the board of directors.  While a liquidation is the winding up of a corporation by court order.

A deed of arrangement is a agreement entered between a corporation and its creditors to dealt with the company affairs.
